Cancellation Policy:
Each Frigo Design Product is custom built to the customer's specific requirements. Therefore, customer may cancel order only within five (5) days of placing original order. After the five (5) day period, order NON-CANCELABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.

Damage Claims:
Within fifteen (15) days of receiving their product, customer MUST open box and inspect product and immediately report any damages to Frigo Design - 1-800-836-8746. If damages are reported to Frigo beyond the fifteen (15) day window... claims can not be honored. (See Inspection Requirement Label affix to outside of shipping carton).
