Guide to 1-315-698-7859 our Design Department will review and calculate all costs. We will then e-mail or call you with in 3 working days with the total
amount of the order including all freight charges.

OR instead of using our planning guides... Just email sales@frigodesign.com or fax (315) 698-7859 your drawing / Plan with a list of your specific requirements such as: materials, options, etc. Make sure to include your name, address, telephone number in case we have questions.

Cancellation Policy:
Each Frigo Design Product is custom built to the customer's specific requirements. Therefore, customer may cancel order only within five (5)
days of placing original order. After the five (5) day period, order NON-CANCELABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE.
Damage Claims:
Within fifteen (15) days of receiving their product, customer MUST open box and inspect product and immediately report any damages to Frigo
Design - 1-800-836-8746. If damages are reported to Frigo beyond the fifteen (15) day window... claims can not be honored. (See Inspection
Requirement Label affix to outside of shipping carton).
